This automatic flash point tester is used to test the flash point of petroleum products by Pensky-martens closed cup method.

Ⅰ. Introduction

GD-261D Full-automatic Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and made as per the Usa standard ASTM D93, and the national standard GB/T261. It is used to test the flash point and fire point of petroleum products by Pensky-Martens closed cup flash point method.

This flash point tester is a full-automated apparatus.

The flash point tester  could be capable of performing the whole test procedure, including control of the heating rates, stirring of the test specimen, application of the ignition source, shut of the cover, detection of the flash .point, recording the flash point and printing the test datas.

Ⅱ. Characteristics

The flash point tester has automatic temperature con-trolling function. Its testing arm can be raised up and low down automatically. It can automatically controll the measure procedure, make analysis to

the test data and print the data. It also installed the LCD display screen
